1. Information We Collect
To facilitate matrimony matching, we collect information you voluntarily provide during registration, including your name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, country, state, city, marital status, education, profession, sect, caste, mother tongue, and optional profile photos.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used to provide matrimony matching, prevent duplicate accounts, send relevant notifications, operate privacy controls, and maintain platform security.
3. Photo Privacy & Visibility Controls
You maintain complete control over your photos. If set to "Private", photos are rendered with a blurred overlay for other candidates until you explicitly accept an interest request or approve photo access.
4. Data Protection & Deletion Rights
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and GDPR guidelines, you have the right to request full deletion of your account and biodata at any time by contacting support@themuslimnikah.com.
